I'm Laura. I'm a hypnotherapist, teacher, coach, subconscious reprogramming expert, and founder of Evolve & Expand.
As women we are conditioned to abandon ourselves. To prioritise others' needs. To feel unworthy of our desires. To feel selfish simply for the moments we choose ourselves. We make ourselves small because we are terrified of being abandoned and in doing so, we abandon ourselves. We can miss our joy, our unique expression, and the fullness of our own lives.
Most of this was never a choice. It was conditioned by society, by early experiences, by the stories we absorbed before we could question them.
