Evolve & Expand – Purchase Agreement and Terms of Use

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or participating in any Evolve & Expand programs or services.

This Purchase Agreement (Agreement) forms a binding contract between you (the “Client”) and Evolve & Expand Ltd (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Laura McCullough, Rapid Transformational Therapy® Practitioner and Subconscious Mindset Coach.

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following Terms.

1. Background

Evolve & Expand provides subconscious mindset coaching, Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), EFT® tapping, somatic practices, and transformational coaching programs for women seeking personal growth, self-love, and expansion.

Our offerings - including Evolve90®, Rapid Reset 30®, workshops, and private sessions - are designed to help clients uncover and reprogram subconscious patterns, cultivate emotional resilience, and expand into their fullest potential.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any Evolve & Expand program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Evolve & Expand reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services or site.

3. Programs and Services

Evolve & Expand offers:

Evolve90® - a 90-day guided transformation program combining RTT®, subconscious coaching, somatic tools, and group support.
Rapid Reset 30® - a one-month intensive designed to reprogram a specific belief or behaviour.
Workshops, Women’s Circles, and Private Sessions — supporting ongoing self-discovery and integration.

4. Pricing and Payment

All pricing is listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Evolve & Expand reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time; however, your agreed fee will remain fixed once payment is completed.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the personal, digital, and transformational nature of our programs, no refunds will be issued once a program, session, or digital product has been purchased or accessed.

Rescheduling of private sessions may be accommodated with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

By proceeding with your purchase, you understand that all sales are final.

6. Disclaimer and Suitability

Evolve & Expand programs, including Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®), subconscious mindset coaching, EFT® tapping, and somatic practices, are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

These services are designed for personal development and emotional wellbeing support - not for diagnosing, treating, or curing any mental health or medical conditions.

If you are currently under the care of a doctor, therapist, or psychiatrist, please consult them before beginning any program.

RTT® and related hypnotherapy-based practices are not suitable for individuals with epilepsy, psychosis, or schizophrenia.

If you are experiencing distress, crisis, or suicidal thoughts, please seek immediate professional help or contact emergency services.

7. Client Responsibility & Energetic Agreements

Participation in Evolve & Expand programs requires you to take full responsibility for your emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing before, during, and after your sessions.

By enrolling, you agree to:

Co-create a safe, inclusive, and confidential environment for yourself and others.
Take full ownership of your participation, transformation, and personal outcomes.
Understand that while these programs are powerful, they are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

Transformation is a co-creation. Your results depend on your openness, consistency, and willingness to engage.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Evolve & Expand - including meditations, scripts, recordings, workbooks, videos, and written content - are the intellectual property of Evolve & Expand Ltd and may not be copied, shared, or used commercially without express written consent.

A limited, personal-use-only license is granted to active clients and participants.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

All personal information shared within sessions or programs is held in strict confidence in alignment with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR.

Evolve & Expand will never sell or share your information without consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Evolve & Expand and its representatives are not liable for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in any program or service.

You understand that results are subjective and vary for each individual.
No guarantees of outcomes, healing, or transformation are made or implied.

Your participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom for the resolution of any disputes or claims.
