Try this for 5 minutes a day - ideally in the morning when your subconscious is most receptive.

  1. Find Your Reflection

    Stand or sit somewhere quiet. Look into your own eyes - not at your skin, not your hair, but you.

  2. Breathe

    Take three slow, deep breaths. Feel your feet on the ground. Let your shoulders soften.

  3. Speak with Intention

    Say one of the following (or create your own):

    “I’m learning to love you.”

    “You are safe with me.”

    “I am proud of you.”

    “I forgive you.”

    Let the words land. If emotion rises, that’s healing. Tears are evidence of release, not weakness.

  4. Repeat

    Consistency matters more than length. Over time, your subconscious will begin to recognise this new self-image as truth.
